He serves as legal counsel to Argentina's Data Protection Authority (AAIP), coordinates the Ibero-American Data Protection Observatory within the Red Iberoamericana de Protección de Datos, and heads the Procedures Department at the Corporación del Mercado Central de Buenos Aires. His practice spans legislative drafting, regulatory institutional design, and emerging technology governance across Latin America.
